Is the $999 3-page package enough if all I have is a Facebook page?

In most cases, yes. Three pages (home, services, contact) cover what a customer looks for before getting in touch, and give you an address you own rather than a profile Facebook controls. Your site shows up in Google, stays accessible without an account, and you can keep pointing your Facebook posts to it. The 5-page package becomes worthwhile when you have work to show in photos, or a company story that weighs on the buying decision.

What is included in the $1,299 5-page website package?

The package includes custom design for all 5 pages, development, a domain name for one year, hosting for one year, an SSL certificate, a contact form, basic SEO optimization, Google Business Profile setup and a 30-minute training session. The $1,299 price is in Canadian dollars, plus taxes.

How long does it take to build the website?

The 3-page package is delivered within 7 business days and the 5-page package within 14 business days, from the moment we receive your text and photos. For the 5-page package that breaks down as 3 days for the mockup, 7 days for development and 2 days for launch. Delays almost always come from waiting on content; we provide a template to speed that up.

Are there recurring fees after the first year?

Yes. After the first year, renewing the domain name and hosting costs $240 per year, plus taxes. No other fees are mandatory. You remain the owner of the domain and can move the site to another host at any time.

Can I edit the site myself after launch?

Yes. We include a 30-minute training session covering text edits, photo swaps and adding posts. If you would rather not touch it, changes made by our team are billed at $85 per hour.

Can I add pages later?

Yes. Each additional page costs $180, plus taxes, and can be added during or after the project. Worth knowing: moving from the 3-page package to 5 pages after launch comes to $1,359 ($999 + 2 × $180), which is $60 more than choosing the 5-page package up front. If you are torn between the two, take the 5-page one. Beyond 5 pages, we recommend waiting for your first traffic data before adding more.

Will the site be visible on Google?

The package includes the technical foundations of SEO: optimized titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap submitted to Google Search Console, optimized loading speed and a configured Google Business Profile. Indexing usually takes 3 to 14 days. Ranking on page one for competitive keywords then requires ongoing SEO work, offered separately.

Do you work anywhere in Quebec?

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is due at signing, $499.50 for the 3-page package and $649.50 for the 5-page package. The balance is payable at launch. We accept Interac e-transfer, cheque and credit card. An invoice with GST and QST numbers is provided.
