Création SR Web Agency (« we, our, us ») is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us. This policy describes how we collect, use, retain, and protect your personal information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, primarily through our forms (quote request, Contact page). This information may include:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company name (if applicable)
• The content of your message or details about your project

We use your personal information only for the following purposes:

• Respond to your quote request or question
• Follow up with you about your project
• Deliver our services (website creation, design, marketing, etc.) if you become a client
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

No identification, location or profiling technology is enabled without your prior consent. On your first visit, a window asks what you allow. Until you answer, only functions strictly necessary to the site are active: no analytics tool and no advertising pixel is loaded.

The three categories

• Strictly necessary: remember your language choice, your decision in that window, and protect forms against automated submissions. No profiling, no sharing. They cannot be turned off, as the site would no longer work properly.
• Audience measurement: tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they read. The data is aggregated and never used to contact you. Off by default.
• Advertising and campaign measurement: let us know whether a visit came from a Google or Facebook ad, and show you our ads elsewhere on the web. This is the only category that involves profiling by a third party. Off by default.

Your choice and how to withdraw it

Your decision is stored on your device only (browser local storage) for 13 months, after which we ask again. We also ask again if we add a new purpose, because consent only covers the purposes disclosed at the time it was given.

The same link (“Manage cookies”) appears in the footer of every page on the site. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings.

Embedded videos come from YouTube in « no-cookie » mode (youtube-nocookie.com): no data is sent to YouTube until you press play.

5. Sharing with third parties

Your personal information is only shared with third parties in the following cases:

• With our technical service providers (email hosting, form processing) bound by confidentiality obligations
• When required by law (court order, etc.)

Some of our providers (e.g. email hosting services) may process your information outside Quebec, in particular in Canada or the United States. We ensure they provide an adequate level of protection in accordance with Law 25.

6. Retention period

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law (notably tax and accounting obligations, typically 6 years for invoices and business records). Quote requests that don't lead to a contract are destroyed after 24 months.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures (technical, physical, and organizational) to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Our site is served over HTTPS.

8. Your rights

Law 25 grants you rights over the personal information we hold about you. Simply write to info@sitewebsr.com to exercise them:

• Access: obtain the list of information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• Rectification: have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected.
• Withdrawal of consent: reverse an authorization already given, including for cookies, at any time.
• Portability: receive the information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used technological format, or ask us to transfer it to a third party.
• De-indexing and cessation of dissemination: ask us to stop disseminating information about you, or to have the link giving access to it de-indexed, where the law allows.
• Deletion: request the destruction of information that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

We answer any request within a maximum of 30 days. To protect your information, we must first verify your identity. Exercising these rights is free; reasonable fees may only be charged for transcribing, reproducing or transmitting a document, and you would be told beforehand.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the body responsible for enforcing Law 25.

9. Confidentiality incidents

In the event of an incident involving your personal information (unauthorized access, use or disclosure, or loss), we take reasonable measures to reduce its consequences and prevent it from happening again. If the incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information promptly. We keep a register of confidentiality incidents, as the law requires.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The last update date appears at the top of this page. We invite you to review it regularly. If a change affects the purposes for which we use your information, we will ask for your consent again.
